We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build that foundation from the ground up — an individual contributor role with real ownership. Build a best-in-class data stack that powers everything from internal dashboards to AI-based insights. The existing setup is being phased out, and you'll have the autonomy to architect a new structure that serves our internal teams (product, ops, marketing) and future AI use cases.. What You’ll Do;. . . Design, build, and own our data infrastructure: . pipelines. , warehouse, transformations, and documentation. Migrate away from legacy systems (e.g., PowerBI) and streamline analytics via Metabase. Structure the data stack to support AI query interfaces and self-serve reporting. Ensure data consistency, quality, and near real-time availability (aiming for 99% uptime). Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate business questions into usable dashboards and metrics. Prioritize and manage incoming data requests from across the company. . What We’re Looking For;. . . Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure. Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.. Comfortable acting as a sole owner and driving from ambiguity to structured delivery.
