In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand data requirements. Design, develop, test, and deploy robust business intelligence solutions. Define and document data models, structures, and data flows. Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems. Contribute to the growth and scalability of our data infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting and provide support for existing BI tools and systems. Participate in code reviews and promote best practices within the team. Provide 24/7 production support as part of the team’s on-call rotation. Work effectively across multiple time zones with minimal supervision. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data warehousing. Strong proficiency in . Python. Advanced SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with . Cloud technologies. such as . AWS. and . Snowflake. Experience integrating and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data design skills. Experience with . star schema design. including fact tables, grain levels, and slowly changing dimensions (SCDs).
