We will count on you to:. Manage Account Setup via a series of integrated processes and systems and conduct prospect/client account setup tasks including, but not limited to: adds, registration conflicts, and investigations to enable high quality and dependable data management services. Liaise with regional teams, country / global colleagues and business contacts if research requires further investigation, or if new additions are identified to be added to the master repository. Complete entity matching of new and updated client/prospect business information against global database to minimize duplicates.. Comprehend quality improvement concepts including data profiling, root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement to assist with process improvement initiatives. Actively participate in data quality initiatives as well as projects undertaken to improve processes, analyses updates that are requested, and assists various colleagues in the firm with the more difficult reference data issues that arise. Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient fashion. Provide training to internal colleagues as required and addresses client issues/inquiries to escalate to management. Facilitate diagnosis and resolution on all operational related client issues and inquiries. What you need to have: . Excellent oral and written communication skills.
