You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights, building scalable analytics solutions and lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support the organisations growth. Responsibilities will include:. . Lead the Data Analytics team to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.. . Own the end to end data analytics infrastructure, from data . pipelines. , warehousing, modelling and reporting.. . Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.. . Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.. . Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics.. . Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights.. . Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies.. . Championing data-driven decision making across the organisation and driving the advancement of analytical capabilities.. . Skills & Requirements. . 3+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst or analytics engineer. Ideally with at least 1+ years leadership experience.. . Strong SQL skills are essential.. . Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.. . Strong knowledge of data warehousing and modelling, preferably using dbt.. . Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behaviour and conversion performance.. . Knowledge of machine learning models & techniques.. .
