Designing and fine-tuning classifiers to detect prompt injection, data leakage, hallucinations, and other unsafe or LLM behaviours.. . Collaborating with researchers and engineers to turn insights into detection systems and safety metrics for production use.. . Shaping our ML ecosystem - define tooling, data . pipelines. , and best practices while establishing the team's end-to-end machine-learning workflows.. . . Do what you love. . To be successful in this role you will:. . . Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, including model development, evaluation, and deployment at scale.. . Bring practical expertise with large language models (LLMs) - including training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.. . Be skilled with crafting high-quality datasets - collect, clean, label, enhance, and synthesize large datasets to maximize model performance while meeting privacy and compliance requirements.. . Be experienced with ML production pipelines - including model versioning, continuous training, deployment workflows, and ongoing monitoring.. .
