Job Summary:. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Data Scientist to join our team in transforming how we analyze data. This role will focus on applying advanced analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will help us to understand how we can leverage the internal systems together for internal and external insights into our data.. Responsibilities:. • Design and implement ML/AI models to extract insights from structured and unstructured internal data sources.. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure high-quality data ingestion and transformation . pipelines. .. • Work with the Power BI team to Develop dashboards, visualizations, and alert systems to support real-time data monitoring, query resolution, and customer-facing analytics.. • Contribute to the development of new customer offerings.. • Partner with external collaborators (e.g., CROs, data vendors) to integrate third-party datasets and enhance model robustness.. • Support internal initiatives providing technical expertise in data aggregation, cleaning, and AI-driven storytelling.. • Stay current with industry trends in decentralized trials, digital health technologies, and regulatory AI applications.. Education and Qualifications:. • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.. • 3+ years of experience in data science roles, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences.. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).. • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).. • Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM) and EDC systems.. • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into business value.. Preferred Skills. • Experience with AI applications in regulatory workflows to maintain compliance.. • Knowledge of lab data systems, EDC systems, and real-world data sources.. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.. • In-depth understanding of industry regulations and quality assurance practices, particularly within clinical labs and medical device environments.. Language Ability. Must possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is needed. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public is also necessary.. Reasoning Ability. Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously, and makes rapid decisions regarding administrative and executive issues. Must display excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. Computer Skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software and database software..
