We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial and Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting finance operations, particularly through managing receipts and data within Chrome River software. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, assist in transitioning to automated systems, and collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain data integrity.. • Monthly Compensation: 680 USD to 800 USD . Job Description. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:. •Chrome River Software Management. Enter receipts into Chrome River.. Review receipt entries for accuracy and compliance with company policies.. Identify and correct any errors in receipt entries.. •Financial & Data Management. Support the transition from manual posting and coding to an automated system.. Apply general ledger (GL) codes accurately.. Ensure data aligns with internal finance system requirements.. •Quality Control & Review. Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with internal financial policies.. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.. Provide feedback on recurring errors and suggest areas for improvement.. •Interdepartmental Support. Assist other departments with similar financial tasks following Chrome River implementation.. Review internal documentation and request missing or incomplete information.. Collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain consistent and accurate data.. Key Skills. • Detail-Oriented. Strong attention to detail in data entry and review.. Ability to identify and correct errors in financial records.. • Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to receipt management.. Requirements. • 2-3 years of professional experience in a Financial and Data Management role. •Proficient in using Financial software and automation tools.. •Skilled in client communication. •Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. •Experience with Chrome River or similar software. •Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). •A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.
