English (Fluent). . Experience Level:. Mid to Senior (3-5+ years). . Role Overview. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in data visualization, SQL, and data engineering practices. The successful candidate will design dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate across teams to ensure data accessibility and reliability. Experience with Qlik and cloud platforms is highly desirable.. . Key Responsibilities. . . . Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik or similar tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). . . . Create, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. . . . Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports that support strategic business decisions. . . . Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn data into insights. . . . Build, maintain, and optimize data . pipelines. and . ETL. processes. . . . Assist in designing data models and warehousing solutions for analytics needs. . . . Continuously improve BI reporting and data infrastructure for scalability and reliability. . . . Required Skills & Experience. . . . Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. . . . 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related role. . . . Advanced SQL proficiency for large-scale data manipulation. . . . Strong experience with Qlik or similar data visualization platforms. . . . Working knowledge of data engineering practices and tools (e.g., Python, ETL frameworks). . . . Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable business insights. . . . Proactive learner with a self-starting mindset and interest in new technologies. . . . Nice-to-Have Qualifications. . . . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP or AWS. . . . Familiarity with big data technologies such as BigQuery, Spark, or Hadoop. . . . Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow. . . . Working knowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools. . . . Background in machine learning, predictive analytics, or statistics. . . . Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) is a plus. . . .
