Data Analyst (Healthcare Technology) at Salvo Health. Location Information: Remote. As a Data Analyst at Salvo Health, you’ll play a central role in transforming complex, sometimes disparate data into clean, insightful reports and models that drive decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in growth, operations, care delivery, product, finance, and partnerships to deliver reporting, analysis, and data models that support patient outcomes, team performance, acquisition efforts, and revenue cycle management.. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on data cleaning, exploration, and cross-functional problem-solving. We're looking for a sharp, early-career analyst who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly alongside a fast-moving team. You’ll help build the foundation for how Salvo understands its business and scales its impact.. Responsibilities. . . Transform and unify data from multiple sources (CRM, EMR, claims, product, and financial systems) to enable reliable reporting and analysis.. Define and track KPIs, supporting strategic decisions across patient engagement, outcomes, acquisition, partnerships, and revenue. Work with the Senior Director to craft strategic data-driven business recommendations. . Build and maintain Metabase dashboards and recurring reports to surface real-time insights and support deep-dive analysis across growth, partnerships, care delivery, and operations.. Maintain and evolve the underlying data architecture to support scalable analytics, reporting automation, and cross-functional data access.. Design and test predictive models to forecast key business trends. Optimize as needed.. Analyze patient journeys to identify opportunities in lifecycle engagement, care delivery, and product optimization.. Help drive growth performance insights across acquisition channels, informing targeting and outreach strategies.. Champion data quality by documenting best practices for integrity, version control, and reproducibility in analytics workflows.. . Preferred Qualifications. . . 2–4 years of experience in a data, business, or product analytics role, ideally within a healthcare or technology setting. A background in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.. Experience pulling and joining large data sets and performing analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. . Experience using Snowflake, dbt, and data visualization tools, with a preference for Metabase.. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.. Understanding of healthcare concepts such as patient outcomes, care programs, payer claims, and clinical operations is a plus.. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action, even in ambiguous or undefined environments. Start-up experience is a plus..
