Creative Content Producer. to lead the development and curation of our Styles Gallery—the heart of the QuickFrame AI experience. This role blends hands-on design work, operational project management, creative trend-spotting. You’ll be responsible for producing and maintaining our in-app video gallery, ensuring it stays fresh, relevant, and easy to use for our diverse user base.. . What You’ll Do:. . . Design + Build: Create high-quality video ad templates using our app, leveraging both genAI content and hi-res stock media. . Curate + Categorize: Maintain and optimize the organization of the template gallery, ensuring intuitive search and discovery. . Trendspot + Research: Stay on top of platform-native ad trends and competitor products to inform gallery style and content priorities. . Prompt + Test: Develop, refine, and test prompts for creative generation. Help push the boundaries of what our product can do to influence what it can be in collaboration with product, ux, and engineering. . Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and marketing to align template production with user needs and product development. . Optimize Workflow: Own and manage the end-to-end content production pipeline—set priorities, track timelines, and avoid creative stagnation. . . Who You Are:. . . A team collaborator comfortable working with product managers, product designers, engineers, and customer facing teams . . . What You Have:. . . 3–5+ years experience in digital or motion design, creative production, or content ops. . Advanced skills in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.). . GenAI prompt designing / engineering experience is preferred. . Deep understanding of content trends across CTV, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.. . Track record of applying industry best practices and have a solid understanding of aesthetics as well as media literacy. . Proven experience working on or with product teams to release product, collaborate cross functionally, or manage operations. . Familiarity with generative AI tools in the creative space (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.). . Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. . . Nice to Have:. . . Experience building or managing creative libraries, content platforms, or SaaS tools. . Prior role in ad tech, martech, or creative tooling . .
