We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Management Specialist to support the integration and flow of clinical and operational data across multiple applications. This role is essential in ensuring that data from site sources is accurately mapped, documented, and transferred into the IQVIA Common Data Model (CDM) and downstream systems. You will work closely with . ETL. developers, application SMEs (Subject Matter Expert), and data consultancy teams to ensure data quality and compliance with project requirements.. 🛠 Essential Functions. Assist in managing the flow of data from site source systems to IQVIA CDM and into final applications (e.g., OMOP convertor).. Support the data mapping process by producing and maintaining documentation that outlines data lineage and transformation logic.. Collaborate with ETL developers to provide input and clarification on data requirements and mappings.. Participate in the review of data integration outcomes and help identify upstream data issues.. Coordinate with application SMEs and technical teams to support resolution of data-related issues.. Contribute to the change request process by documenting issues and supporting technical teams in implementing updates.. Work with data consultancy teams to understand data mart requirements and ensure relevant data is included in the CDM.. 🎓 Qualifications. Education & Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. . Bioinformatics. Health Informatics. Computer Science. Data Science.
