We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team for 4-6 months to support key strategic initiatives in pricing, leasing operations, and property tax optimization. This role will work cross-functionally across Finance, IT, and the product teams to develop insights and tools that inform strategy, drive efficiency and simplification, and enhance our operations.. You will:. Property Tax Analytics. Evaluate existing property tax process and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies. Work cross-functionally to drive implementation of critical enhancements. Analyze historic information to identify trending and inform future forecasting. Leasing Process Enhancement. Map existing residual value process and understand data flows. Develop and implement approach to leveraging data analytics to improve the precision of residual value assessments. Pricing. Leverage existing data to develop real-time dashboards for pricing across multiple product streams. Work with functional leaders to enhance pricing modeling. Your background:. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Statistics, or related field.. 10+ years of experience in a data analytics roles focused in finance . Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or R).. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).. Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations..
