This is a remote position, must be located in the United States. . . Lead the charge in transforming global enterprises—join our fast-growing digital consultancy and shape the future. . . As a Director at Perficient, you will play a pivotal role in driving delivery and growth on client engagement, doubling-down on AI first development and advancing our global Custom Development practice in alignment with our Channel Partners (AWS and GCP). This role, will require candidates to be heavily engaged on client engagements, interfacing with them in person on a frequent basis. Your primary focus will be on managing delivery, expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and fostering strategic partnerships while delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Focus on Financial Services and Healthcare industry offerings is a plus.. . Your experience working with Artificial Intelligence will be key in building out a go to market strategy and enable Perficient sellers with the right messaging and key materials. Specifics of this position may include:. . . Delivery & Account Management: . . Oversee delivery and account expansion for assigned clients.. . Bring deep subject matter expertise in AI first development on AWS and GCP to bear to delivery . . Work in collaboration with account teams, sales and channel partners to drive business value and outcomes for our clients.. . Support pre-sales efforts to influence revenue and obtain growth goals.. . Drive our channel strategy in partnership with the Cloud practice.. . Focus on growth in Product Development and Application Modernization specialties (e.g., full-stack development, custom software development, mobile development, product operating model, modernizing legacy applications).. . Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. . . Explore and advocate for the leveraging of AI in software experiences.. . . Client Relationships: . . Build and maintain strong client relationships, including C-level executives.. . Deeply understand client needs and identify growth opportunities.. . Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their Product Development journeys.. . Pull in appropriate Perficient SMEs as necessary.. . . Strategic Cloud Partnerships . . Contribute to our AWS or GCP partner engagement strategy.. . Lead key strategy meetings around IP/offerings and GTM.. . Represent Perficient within the AWS or GCP ecosystem.. . Build and nurture strong relationships with key AWS or GCP personnel.. . . Strategic Leadership: . . Provide strategic thought leadership for the Product Development practice, anticipating future market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.. . Work with marketing on key messaging and strategy including materials for sellers.. . Develop and execute plans to expand offerings and enhance client value.. . Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.. . Demonstrate familiarity with GenAI tools and their potential to aid the SDLC.. . Cultivate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and foster a culture of innovation within the team.. . . Team Leadership: . . Manage a team of direct reports, providing career development and guidance. . . Successfully manage, structure, and lead global delivery teams.. . . Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: . . Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively participating in all phases of the sales cycle as a Cloud SME.. . Identify and pursue new market segments and service offerings within the Product Development space.. . Expand existing client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.. . Collaborate with Perficient’s sales team and practice leaders to support sales engagements. . . Engage in all aspects of sales, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored solutions and creating compelling proposals.. . . . . 10+ years of experience in sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership within the IT services industry.. . Experience with Generative AI tools and their potential applications within software development.. . 5+ years of experience in the Product Development space, preferably within the AWS or GCP ecosystem.. . Experience working with the channel within the AWS or GCP space with a current rolodex of contacts in good standing.. . Deep understanding of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements.. . Proven experience as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions, including experience in designing and implementing custom software applications, cloud-native architectures, and scalable software solutions.. . Strong domain expertise with the ability to build compelling business cases and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.. . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.. . Proven ability to lead discussions with both business and technical leaders, navigating organizational hurdles and influencing key stakeholders.. . Industry expertise within healthcare or financial services is a plus.. . Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives.. . The . salary. range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584.00 to $209,800.00.
