Design & Develop LLM Agents: Lead the full lifecycle of AI agent development, from conceptual design to deployment, focusing on LLM integration and orchestration.. . Prompt Engineering & Agent Orchestration: Craft advanced prompts and build agentic workflows to guide LLMs and orchestrate their interactions with internal tools and data.. . Backend Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs that support AI agent functionality and integrate with existing systems.. . Data Integration: Prepare and integrate large, complex internal datasets, providing LLM agents with necessary context and knowledge.. . Agent Logic & Optimization: Implement core logic, decision-making processes, and continuously optimize agent and backend performance for accuracy and efficiency.. . Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy agents and backend services into production, set up robust monitoring, and ensure ongoing reliability and security.. . Research & Innovation: Stay current with LLM and backend development advancements, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance our solutions.. . Experience: 4+ years in backend software development and extensive exposure to AI/ML engineering or software development, with a strong emphasis on building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).. . Technical Expertise:. . . Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, with a strong preference for .NET (C#).. . Demonstrated experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).. . Strong experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs with custom, internal datasets (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation - RAG).. .
