You will be responsible for supporting our clients both on-site and remotely with the installation, implementation, maintenance, and qualification of Software and Data Integrity solutions. These networked systems are designed to meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11, enabling instruments and customers to operate in full compliance with regulatory standards.. Your main responsibilities will be to: . • Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities.. • Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently.. • Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations.. • Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures.. • Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately.. • Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required. . • Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service.. This role is primarily home-based, combined with frequent travel to customer sites across Italy (a company car will be provided). Following an initial onboarding period to become familiar with our processes and a progressive training phase to develop the necessary technical skills, the role is expected to involve an approximate 50/50 split between remote and on-site activities.. Qualifications. We are looking for an individual with the following background:. University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Computer Science.. Hands-on experience with GC or/and LC, either in a technical support role or as an end user.. Strong interest in, and preferably experience with, software, data analysis, integrated systems, and operating system/software development. Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English (especially reading & understanding).. A valid driving license.. On a personal level, you are proactive, outgoing and customer oriented. You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, to solve various types of problems. You have great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners. You are highly self-motivated and capable of independently managing the entire lifecycle of distributed systems implementation projects - from the initial Kick-Off Meeting with the customer through to project delivery and post-sales support..
