We’re looking for a strong Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering Team.. Your main responsibility will be to implement and maintain data validation and quality checks for behavioral tracking data across Autodoc tracking platforms. This includes ownership of the monitoring system for data quality, proactive research of issues, and working closely with multiple teams: tracking, data quality, and products to ensure accurate, trustworthy user behavior data.. You will play a key role in building scalable validation frameworks, detecting anomalies, and driving resolution processes in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities . Design and maintain a data quality monitoring system for behavioral data, including validation layers, alerting mechanisms, and automated checks.. Conduct root-cause analysis and exploratory research on data quality issues across multiple data sources and platforms.. Continuously monitor and respond to anomalies and data integrity issues in near real-time.. Create, document, and escalate issues through clear, actionable tasks to relevant engineering teams.. Collaborate cross-functionally with tracking implementation, analytics engineering, and product teams to resolve problems quickly and prevent them in the future. Modeling data structures specifically designed for data quality monitoring - enabling efficient validation, alerting, and investigation of behavioral tracking issues. Requirements. Advanced SQL skills, as a plus: Snowflake and ClickHouse. Working knowledge of Airflow, Python, and DBT. Experience in data modeling - ability to design scalable and maintainable data structures that support data validation, monitoring systems, and analytical use cases. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. Experience in analyzing event-based tracking systems (web/app behavior). Solid understanding of data quality challenges and monitoring tools, such as DBT tests or Great Expectations (a plus). Experience with Power BI and Grafana for building dashboards and visual monitoring (a plus). Familiarity with Slack Alert integration and automated alerting systems (a plus). What do we offer?.
