We’re looking for a strategic, technically fluent Director of Product Marketing to lead the positioning of our Enterprise platform. Your mission will be to enable our GTM teams to land new logos and grow existing accounts by creating messaging and collateral that speaks to both the technical value and the business impact of our platform.. . You'll work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to:. . . Strengthen our . ideal customer profile (ICP). and segment messaging by persona and use case. . Build and iterate on . executive-level collateral. that supports outbound, warm-bound, and expansion efforts. . Lead early positioning and messaging for . new Enterprise product launches. , including testing and refining based on real market feedback. . Collaborate closely with field teams to . prioritize, test, and refine. messaging and assets based on real deals and feedback—not just build content in a silo. . . Your work will ensure that every GTM touchpoint—from outreach emails to late-stage pitch decks—reinforces a compelling, consistent story about how HumanSignal helps AI teams build smarter, more accurate systems with better data.. . What You’ll Do. . . Own positioning and messaging. for Label Studio Enterprise across key personas, use cases, and verticals—elevating our platform narrative beyond “data labeling” to data-centric AI infrastructure.. . Partner with the Product team to position and . launch new Tier 1 Enterprise features. and services, ensuring messaging clarity and GTM readiness.. . Develop . competitive positioning. and internal training to help Sales differentiate in the market.. . Translate customer pain points and success stories into . marketing assets. that drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.. . Collaborate with . Demand Gen and Content. teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and web strategy with compelling narratives.. . Contribute to . thought leadership and content development. , analyst briefings, and case studies.. . Evolve our . core messaging framework. and work with field teams to ensure consistent delivery across touchpoints.. . . What You’ll Bring. . . 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive-level business impact. . . Experience marketing to data science, AI/ML product leaders and engineers, or MLops personas is a strong plus.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Track record of building high-quality, enterprise-focused sales enablement content. . . Deep understanding of product positioning, competitive strategy, and product launch frameworks.. . Ability to thrive in a lean startup environment, with a strong bias for ownership and action. . . Bonus: familiarity with . product-led growth (PLG). or . open source. GTM motions.. . . What Success Looks Like. . Within 1 month, you'll:. . . Ramp on our platform, positioning, and personas.. . Audit and assess existing product marketing content and messaging.. . Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify and begin executing on high priority enablement gaps.. . . Within 3 months, you'll:. . . Deliver refreshed positioning and messaging for core enterprise use cases.. . Launch a new suite of sales enablement materials tied to key workflows and industries.. . Lead product marketing for an upcoming feature or release, from planning to execution.. . . Within 6 months, you'll:. . . Be the go-to resource for enterprise GTM strategy and positioning.. . Drive consistency in messaging across sales, marketing, and product.. . Contribute to win/loss analysis, sales training, and pipeline acceleration efforts.. . . Within 1 year, you'll:. . . Have helped define our category and product narrative in the AI market.. . Lead major product launches, integrated campaigns, and competitive strategy.. . We are hiring for this role across North America. Base Salary is target for $195,000 – $205,000 USD (based on experience and skills). Final offer details are determined by several factors including candidate experience, expertise as well as applicable industry knowledge, and may vary from the pay ranges listed above.
