Instructors. are the role models for the students studying on our . Business Intelligence Analytics. . program. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to be a great BIA professional. They guide students through the program and into their future careers, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.. . What you will do. . As an Instructor you will be a core part of students’ educational process and will:. Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently. Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments. Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages. Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills. Share your professional insights and best practices to support the learning community. Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards. Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations. Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions. . Requirements. . 3+ experience in Business analysis/Data Analysis in large-scale data sets, creating dashboards, reports and presentations with compelling visuals with BI-tools. You can explain topics in Excel, SQL, statistics, mathematics, data visualization tools in a way that is understandable for students. Advanced SQL skills, including ability to manipulate complex databases, create temporary views and functions. Professional user of Tableau or Power-BI (ideally, being confident with both). 2+ years of experience working in tech industry - experience with the U.S. market is a plus. Availability for full-time collaboration (approximately 40 hours per week). A genuine passion for teaching, sharing knowledge, and staying up to date with the evolving field of Business Intelligence Analytics. Language & Communication:. Excellent spoken and written English is required. The role involves leading live sessions, engaging with students, and delivering clear, confident communication.. We appreciate it if you have:. Teaching or tutoring experience;. Experience with other BI-tools (Looker, QlikView, Grafana, Streamlit, Google Analytics, etc..). Programming experience in Python/R. Experience with analytics . pipelines. , . ETL. processes using Python, Airflow, dbt and/or other similar data integrations/scheduling tools. Fixed monthly compensation:. 3+ years. of experience: $2,500–$3,000. 1 year. of experience: $2,000. 1.5–2.8 years. of experience: $2,000–$2,500. Fully remote role with a consistent weekly schedule, 8-hour workdays, five days a week, scheduled between 10 AM and 2 AM ET (Monday through Sunday). First hire: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM ET. 2. Second hire: Saturday–Wednesday, likely 2 PM – 10 PM or 4 PM – 11 PM ET on weekdays, and 2 PM – 10 PM ET on weekends. 3.
