We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving . Machine Learning Engineer. to join our team.. . As a . Machine Learning Engineer. , you'll be part of a rapidly growing team that is integral to improving our business processes and enabling other teams in the work they do. . . You will design, build, and deploy smart, scalable ML solutions that enhance our product and power better decision-making. You'll own the full pipeline from . data prep and model training to evaluate and deployment. . You'll collaborate closely with a variety of teams including engineers, infrastructure, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure AI/ML solutions are thoughtfully integrated into our tech ecosystem. . . In this role, you'll help ensure models are reliable, efficient, and ethically sound, while maintaining documentation and performance monitoring. Your work will be critical to driving scalable, real-time decision automation. You'll also . serve as the go-to resource for stakeholders. , . helping them understand what's possible with AI/ML at CompanyCam. and how it can support our broader goals. Strong coding skills in . Python . and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, . PyTorch. , Scikit-learn) . . Proficient in . SQL. , including joins, subqueries, window functions, and CTEs . . Skilled in data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering . . Strong . analytical and problem-solving mindset. with a focus on data-driven decisions. . Strong collaboration and communication skills (clearly being able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders), with . openness to feedback and diverse perspectives . . You live and work permanently in the U.S.. (We’re not set up to hire outside the U.S.). . . Nice-to-haves:. . . Google's Professional Machine Learning Engineer and/or Microsoft's Azure Data Scientist certificate . . Experience with DE tooling such as DVC, 5tran, Snowflake, etc. . .
