What are we looking for?. . . 3+ years’ experience working as a data scientist or machine learning engineer.. . Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in production.. . Excellent Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and ML development.. . Strong grasp of data-engineering best practices and working with large, messy complex datasets. . Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, design). . Experience using data to influence product or business decisions.. . Experience with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic code modularization.. . Profienct in English, both verbal and written.. . . What will make you stand out?. . .
