Apply Theoretical Knowledge:. . . Apply a strong theoretical knowledge base to set and achieve goals through independent work.. . Demonstrate specific functional expertise, typically gained through formal education and applicable work experience.. . . Technical Leadership and Project Management:. . . Provide technical leadership and guidance as a Lead or individual contributor project manager, leveraging extensive technical expertise.. . Work closely with product design & development teams to deliver on product/solution roadmaps.. . . Design Thinking and Roadmap Development:. . . Apply design thinking techniques, such as user stories, wireframing, and prototyping, to define product features.. . Develop the product roadmap based on effort sizing and overall value to the business.. . . Collaboration and Sprint Reviews:. . . Frequently engage with development teams and business stakeholders for sprint reviews and feedback sessions.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development goals.. . . Scrum/Agile Development Techniques:. . . Completion of four years of college in a relevant discipline and six years of experience in a related field. 6-8 years of Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.. . Proven experience in a product owner role within the financial or mortgage servicing industry.. . Exceptional organizational and communication skills.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.. . Proficient in using design thinking techniques and tools for product definition.. . Familiarity with scrum/agile development techniques and tools.. . Strong project management skills with the ability to manage the entire product life cycle.. . Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with development teams and stakeholders.. . Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.. . Experience at a mortgage servicer and/or financial technology.. . Ability to demonstrate knowledge in one or more mortgage servicing domains including but not limited to: general Mortgage Servicing, Compliance, Legal, Escrow, Cash, Delinquency, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, REO, Loss Analysis, Claims & Servicing Transfers.. . Knowledge of a mortgage servicer’s typical technology ecosystem including servicing systems, default systems, workflow management, document repositories, ancillary systems, vendor integrations, data integrations, data warehouses and more.. .
