Build and manage scalable data pipelines using . Azure Data Factory. , ensuring high performance and data integrity across ingestion and transformation processes. . . Implement and optimize . Synapse Analytics. workloads for large-scale data warehousing and near real-time querying. . . Develop advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools using . Power BI. , integrating insights directly with business functions. . . Integrate disparate data sources and ensure smooth data flow and orchestration across cloud environments. . . Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders. . . Ensure governance, security, and compliance of all data operations within Azure cloud infrastructure. . . Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, and system resilience for mission-critical data applications. . . Stay current with emerging technologies and patterns in cloud data architecture, advocating for their strategic adoption. . . Required Skills & Experience. . 10–14 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Microsoft Fabric and Azure data stack. . . Proven expertise in . Microsoft Fabric. , including components such as . Data Engineering. , . Data Science. , and . Real-Time Analytics. . . . Strong command over . Power BI. – building complex dashboards, DAX queries, and enterprise-level reports. . . Deep understanding of . Azure Synapse. , . Azure Data Factory. , and . Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen2). . . . Experience in designing and implementing . Lakehouse architectures. for structured and unstructured data. . . Solid grasp of data modeling, data integration patterns, and cloud-native development practices. . . Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and optimization across the Azure data ecosystem. . . Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. . . Preferred Qualifications. . Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, or similar certifications . . Background in data governance, .
