This is a full-stack role that will involve both Business Partner and Talent Acquisition responsibilities on the Go-to-Market side of the business.. Your Responsibilities:. As a Senior People Business Partner at Klue, your responsibilities will encompass a "full-stack" approach, balancing various aspects of people operations:. Strategic Business Partnership (40%):. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving initiatives, and solving complex people challenges. This includes partnering with the Senior Leadership team on workforce planning and organizational design.. People Programs & AI Operations (30%):. This involves developing and implementing programs, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and leading the development and execution of People programs that matter. You will also use data to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.. Culture & Employee Experience (15%):. You will champion Klue's high-performance culture, drive engagement initiatives, support manager effectiveness, and contribute to making Klue an amazing place to work. This also includes championing change management initiatives.. Talent Acquisition (15%):. You will attract and hire top talent for the teams you support, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and enabling/supporting hiring teams.. Q: Who'd be great in this role? (Your Qualifications). You've got proven experience as a strategic People partner in high-growth tech supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). You’ve got experience with hiring top talent in high-growth tech. You don’t subscribe to traditional notions of what “human resources” means—you'll bring a people-first, collaborative, consultative, and AI-forward approach to this role.. You're both strategic and hands-on - no task is too big or too small. You're passionate about developing people and building great teams.
