We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Business Analytics & Development Manager with a strong background in Biostatistics to support corporate decision-making, strategic development, and customer value generation. This role bridges data science, business intelligence, and strategic planning, empowering our commercial, R&D, and executive teams with data-driven insights in the gene and cell therapy CDMO/CRO industry.. General Responsibilities:. Business Analytics. Design, lead, and execute analytical models to support decision-making across BD, operations, and marketing.. Analyze market trends, customer . pipelines. , pricing models, and competitive landscapes.. Develop KPIs and dashboards for revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, and performance monitoring.. Lead scenario planning, forecasting, and ROI modeling to support investment and resource allocation.. Biostatistics & Scientific Support. Apply advanced biostatistical methods to support internal R&D projects and client programs (e.g., clinical trial planning, experimental design, and outcome modeling).. Support proposal generation and client communication for statistically driven services (e.g., power calculation, design of experiments).. Collaborate with regulatory and scientific affairs for data interpretation in IND/NDA filings.. Business Development Strategy. Partner with BD teams to identify and quantify high-potential business opportunities using data insights.. Evaluate partnerships, M\&A, licensing opportunities with evidence-based modeling and scientific evaluation.. Prepare business cases, strategic briefs, and internal presentations for executive decision-making.. Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with BD, project management, manufacturing, and finance teams to drive strategic initiatives.. Serve as the analytics and statistical expert across multidisciplinary teams, including external collaborators.. Other duties as assigned. Requirements. Skills and Qualifications. Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.. Proficient in R, Python, or SAS for statistical modeling and data visualization.. Strong knowledge of biostatistical applications in clinical trials, preclinical studies, and bioprocess R\&D.. Excellent communication and business writing skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.. Preferred:. Understanding of gene therapy, biologics development, regulatory pathways (IND/BLA).. Experience working directly with BD, strategy, or corporate development teams..
