We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic . Sr. Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure . to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our data infrastructure systems. Working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams, you'll help drive data-driven decision-making across the company.. Responsibilities. Lead a team responsible for large-scale data infrastructure, supporting both data processing systems and data warehousing solutions.. Define and drive technical strategy, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with long-term business goals.. Guide the implementation of best practices in data quality, security, governance, and observability.. Coach and develop individual contributors, fostering an inclusive and high-performing engineering culture.. Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leaders in Product, Analytics, Autonomy and Infrastructure, shaping roadmap priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.. Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve infrastructure performance and cost-efficiency.. Monitor infrastructure KPIs and reliability metrics; proactively address bottlenecks or issues.. Qualifications. 8+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, and DevOps.. 3+ years of management experience hiring and developing teams. Strong experience of data pipelines, . ETL. processes, and data warehousing.. Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.).. Advanced level SQL and Data Modeling skills..
