As a Senior LLM & AI Engineer at Kalles Group, you’ll lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered applications that incorporate large language models (LLMs). You’ll collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions while contributing to best practices in . MLOps. and AIOps. You’ll also help steer responsible AI use and stay ahead of emerging trends to guide platform evolution.. . What you will do:. . . . . . Develop and integrate LLM-based applications using cloud-native tools and APIs. . . . Fine-tune and evaluate model performance with MLOps . pipelines. and experimentation frameworks. . . . Maintain and improve AI application infrastructure using AIOps principles. . . . Design user interfaces and backend logic to support business-facing AI capabilities. . . . Ensure documentation, logging, and CI/CD standards for scalable, auditable deployments. . . . Explore and assess new LLMs, tools, and frameworks to inform solution direction. . . . Partner closely with operations, program teams, and engineering peers to identify automation and AI opportunities. . . . Serve as a trusted advisor and AI consultant across stakeholder groups. . . . Actively mentor others and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. . . . Stay current on AI ethics, emerging models, and NLP best practices. . . . . . ABOUT YOU:. . . . Your values:. . . Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. . . . 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning. . . . Advanced proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (TensorFlow, . PyTorch. , or Keras). . . . Hands-on experience working with large language models and NLP concepts (transformers, tokenization, embeddings). . . . Proven experience deploying cloud-based solutions in GCP, AWS, or Azure environments. . . . Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen. . . . Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and responsible model design. . . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at multiple levels. . . . Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). . . . WHAT WE OFFER:. . . Salary range $160,000-200,000 annually. .
