As actuaries, we:. . . Analyze claims and performance trends. . Identify risk or pricing imbalances. . Propose corrective actions to meet our profitability objectives. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products are both competitive and sustainable. . . 🧰 Your Mission. . As . Profitability Actuary. , you’ll report to the . Profitability Team Lead. and be responsible for managing the technical performance of a portfolio of partner-distributed products.. . You will:. . . Act as the . actuarial lead. for your assigned portfolio of partnerships. . Drive . pricing development and technical support. in collaboration with the Business Development and Partner teams. . Monitor . profitability and claims ratios. via dashboards and in-depth actuarial studies. . Raise alerts. and propose . corrective actions. in case of profitability deviations. . Present technical results and performance insights to internal committees and external partners. . Support . reserving work. in coordination with the Reserving team for your portfolio. . Contribute to . cross-functional projects. involving Underwriting, Product, and Data teams. . . 🧠 What You Bring. . . A degree in . Actuarial Science. , . Statistics. , or . Data Science. . Prior experience in . P&C insurance. , preferably in . Motor pricing or profitability. (nice to have, not required). . Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake, as well as visualization tools like PowerBI. . Proficiency with actuarial tools: . EMBLEM. , . AKUR8. , or equivalent linear modeling platforms. . Strong command of . Python or R. and exposure to . machine learning. methods. . Familiarity with . data visualization tools. like . Power BI. or . Tableau. .
