Looking for project manager will support data delivery to internal customer consumers for Generative AI applications, through secure, scalable, and compliant data . pipelines. . Previous experience and knowledge of Data Platforms, Data Ingestion Services and Data Connectors will be an asset.. - Drive End-to-End Product Delivery:. o Oversee the delivery of product increments from planning to release.. o Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives, epics, features in alignment with the product roadmap.. o Facilitate, govern and guide planning sessions and workshops for product discovery or initiation.. o Support Product Teams in Prioritization and Estimations of Product features through various techniques like RICE, KANO etc.. o Manage dependencies across squads to ensure smooth and timely progress on product deliverables.. - Facilitate Release Planning and Management:. o Work with Product Owners and chapter leads to plan and execute product releases.. o Support pre and post product release activities including L2 support alignment.. o Improve agility in processes and tools to reduce time to market and enable faster deployments to productions.. o Ensure frequent releases to gather customer feedback and iterate based on insights.. o Ensure Quality of the deliverable is maintained by tracking Defect metrics like leakage, defect aging etc.. - Facilitate Risk Management:. o Identify risks that may impact product delivery and mitigate them proactively.. o Address impediments and escalate issues to stakeholders when needed.. - Metrics and Reporting:. o Track key metrics and OKRs such as velocity, lead time, cycle time, and predictability to evaluate squad's performance.. o Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.. o Review with Product Owners, product performance (e.g., C-sat, adoption, product KPIs).. o Ensure product development efforts align with desired outcomes and results.. o Create dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into product development progress for stakeholders like Portfolio leadership, sponsors etc.. o Create, optimize & and maintain status of Data layer for distribution across SteerCos & CTMs. - Coach on Agile Processes:. o Guide teams in adopting Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach tailored to the product development context.. o Coach cross-functional teams, product leaders, and stakeholders to embed Agile mindsets and practices that foster adaptability, autonomy, and innovation.
