In the role of Program Manager IV, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and supporting the transformation of the Revenue Cycle, delivering measurable impact in close partnership with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and the RCM Senior Leadership Team. You will lead and motivate teams to reach new levels of performance while fostering innovation that aligns with and advances the organization’s long-term strategic objectives. This role includes oversight of implementation and maintenance efforts within your assigned area, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with key initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and sustaining systems and procedures, while also serving as a critical liaison between your department and external stakeholders.. This is a remote position, with caregivers working days from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Prefer candidate to reside in Ohio, as they will be required to come on site 1–2 days per week primarily at West Creek and Main Campus.. A caregiver who excels in this role will:. Yield initiatives – revenue improvement projects.. Create presentations and AI tools, such as copilot and chat GPT.. Conduct presentations and work closely with digital domains.. Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.. Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.. Allocate time to meet completion requirements.. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.. Participate in budgetary process.. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s degree and five years of experience. Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development. Strong presentation, communication, training and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft PP, Copilot, Teams). Familiar with AI and automation technologies. Knowledge with Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:. Master’s degree.
