As we scale our tech stack, we are exploring . GoHighLevel (GHL). as a potential platform for both internal use and client delivery. To drive this evaluation, we are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel professional in the Philippines who can lead a short, intensive assessment and initial build‐out.. The Opportunity. You will own a 6‐ to 8‐week discovery and proof‐of‐concept project that will:. . . Evaluate. GoHighLevel’s fit for Brightvision and our customers.. . Design & configure. a best‐practice GHL agency account (. pipelines. , funnels, automations, reporting, white‐label options).. . Integrate. GHL with key third‐party tools in our stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).. . Automate. workflows via Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar, including OpenAI/ChatGPT prompts where relevant.. . Document & demo. the solution and present a clear “go / no‐go” recommendation for broader roll‐out.. . Outstanding results could lead to a longer‐term retainer or full‐time role on our marketing‐tech team.. . Key Responsibilities. . Map Brightvision’s existing workflows and translate them into GoHighLevel architecture.. . Build multi‐channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice drops) and funnel pages.. . Configure CRM, opportunities pipeline, and attribution reporting.. . Set up API/webhook integrations and data syncs with external systems.. . Create reusable snapshots/templates for future client projects.. . Produce clear technical documentation and run knowledge‐transfer sessions.. . Required Qualifications. . 3+ years of hands‐on experience with GoHighLevel. in an agency or SaaS environment.. . Proven track record of launching . at least three. end‐to‐end GHL implementations.. . Deep knowledge of GHL features: sub‐accounts, workflows, triggers, calendars, memberships, reputation management, and attribution.. . Strong skills in . Zapier, n8n, Make, or comparable iPaaS tools. and comfort with REST APIs/webhooks.. . Experience incorporating . OpenAI/ChatGPT. or other AI services into marketing automations.. . Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain complex concepts to non‐technical stakeholders.. . Reliable home internet connection and availability during European business hours for meetings.. . Nice‐to‐Have. . Background in B2B tech marketing or SDR operations.. . Familiarity with GDPR and other data‐privacy requirements.. . Experience migrating from HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs to GoHighLevel.. .
