Job Description. Own Growth Analytics Initiatives: Proactively identify, scope, and deliver analytics projects that accelerate user growth, engagement, and monetization. . Experimentation Leadership: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, rapidly iterating based on data, and driving projects from hypothesis to measurable impact. . Actionable Product Insights: Deliver actionable recommendations for product features, onboarding flows, and personalization, tracking implementation through to business impact. . Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop and operationalize real-time dashboards (Power BI or similar) for core growth KPIs, ensuring stakeholders always have access to relevant and actionable data. . Drive Execution Across Teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Data Product Owners to turn insights into shipped product and campaign improvements. . Proven delivery of LTV/CAC models, retention curves, cohort deepdives, and monetization analyses that changed roadmaps. . Storytelling: you translate 10krow queries into a oneslide decision for executives. . Growth mindset: you iterate, learn quickly, and lift others through feedback and mentoring. .
