Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable data pipelines.. . Own the architecture and execution of data solutions using . Databricks. , . Delta Lake. , and . Apache Spark. on the cloud (AWS).. . Partner with ML and GenAI teams to enable experimentation and deployment of AI-driven features by delivering trusted, high-quality data.. . Establish and enforce best practices for data engineering including CI/CD for pipelines, data versioning, testing, and monitoring.. . Drive data platform modernization by identifying inefficiencies and leading initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and reliability.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, model design, and implementation plans.. . Ensure strong governance, observability, security, and data quality standards are met.. . . What We Are Looking For:. . . 10+ years of experience in data engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.. . Proven track record of leading teams in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and distributed systems.. . Strong hands-on experience with . Databricks. , . Spark. , . Delta Lake. , and modern cloud data architecture (preferably AWS).. . Deep understanding of batch and streaming data processing paradigms.. . Proficiency in . Python. , . SQL. , and pipeline orchestration tools like . Airflow. or . dbt. .. . Experience working with large-scale datasets and ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.. .
