Stripe’s GTM Planning & Central Operations team partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Local Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to build operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring our GTM strategy to life. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem solving. We transform, improve and support global Stripe business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional business priorities for the sales planning cycle.. . What you’ll do. . You will partner with GTM leadership & operations to understand the gaps in our Account & Contact enrichment and address those by creating and implementing a 3rd party data vendor strategy. Additionally you’ll manage our prospect list generation process with support from an offshore contractor team.. . Responsibilities. . . Refine existing process to source, score, and tag hi-priority accounts for Sales & Marketing targeting. . Develop a 3rd party data vendor strategy to enrich accounts for Sales & Marketing purposes (firmographics, technographics, Contacts, etc.). . Explore and onboard new AI-based tools to support the enrichment strategy and effectiveness. . Ensure onboarding and integration of data sources into systems in partnership with Data Engineering and CRM teams. . Ensure all stakeholders are fully enabled on 3rd party data vendors. . Partner with IT to enable single sign on for Stripes with our 3rd party vendors. . Define and measure metrics for success for our 3rd party data vendors. . Create and own a process to intake requests for account & contact lists with support from an external contractors. . . Who you are. . Minimum requirements. . . 7+ years working in Strategy and/or Marketing Operations, with at least 3+ years of experience with managing 3rd party data vendors. . Able to own the problem, investigate its root causes and ensure execution. . Can work across multiple stakeholders and elevate for leadership. . Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. . Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. . . Preferred qualifications. . . Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools. . Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company. . Prior experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry. . Prior experience in developing 3rd party data strategies across a globally diverse user base. . . Hybrid work at Stripe . . This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).. . Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.. . A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. The annual US base . salary. range for this role is $140,700 - $211,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
