We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-paced analytics team to inform and drive business strategy through advanced analytics and reporting. Experience in the telehealth/digital health space is a valuable bonus, but not required. . Responsibilities:. . . Partner with stakeholders across different functional areas to translate business requirements into into scalable analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.. Perform sophisticated data analysis including trend analysis, cohort analysis and predictive modeling to identify growth opportunities and business risks.. Build and maintain robust data models while ensuring data quality and consistency.. Design, develop and maintain intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that enable self-service analytics for business users.. Collaborate with analytics engineering teams to optimize data . pipelines. and troubleshoot issues quickly.. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.. Monitor KPIs and provide real-time insights to leadership teams.. Manage cross-functional projects involving data integration, reporting automation and analytics infrastructure improvements.. . Qualifications:. . . Minimum 4-5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.. Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative field preferred.. Advanced SQL proficiency- expert-level ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.. Dashboard development expertise- proven experience creating interactive dashboards using modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).. Strong business intelligence skillset including statistical analysis and data interpretation, data warehousing, stakeholder management and statistical analysis.. Experience with modern data modeling practices (dimensional modeling).. Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).. Proficiency with data transformation tools (DBT preferred or equivalent frameworks).. Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights both technical and non-technical audiences.. Strong analytical thinking and rapid problem-solving abilities.. Experience with clinical data and healthcare analytics (claims, labs, pharmacy data).. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI/PII data.. Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R preferred..
