Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using programming languages and automation frameworks.. . Technical Leadership: . Lead automation projects by setting standards, guiding best practices, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: . Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, product, and engineering—to gather requirements, align automation efforts with business objectives, and deliver effective solutions.. . Mentorship and Training: . Provide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate training sessions to elevate the automation capabilities of the broader team.. . Testing and Quality Assurance: . Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripting). . Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data workflows. .
