KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. · Develop, train, and deploy high-performance computer vision models for our warehouse picking stations.. · Serve as a key technical point of contact for our teams in Norway, helping to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products.. · Implement and refine ML models for projects including robot routing and analytics platforms.. · Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely execution from initial concept through to deployment.. · Maintain clear communication on project status and technical findings with stakeholders, including your manager in a different time zone and global Research and Development organization.. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:. · Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.. · 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning systems.. · Strong experience in Computer Vision, Python, SQL, and a major deep learning framework (. PyTorch. or TensorFlow).. · Proven experience using a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training or deployment.. · Experience with the engineering best practices required to build and maintain production-level ML systems.. · Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.. · Familiarity with broader machine learning concepts or quantitative databases is a plus.. · Proficiency in English is a requirement..
