FBS Senior Business Optimization Consultant at Capgemini. Location Information: Brazil - Remote. . To analyze strategic and operational data, transforming it into valuable insights to support decision-making across the organization. Responsible for developing advanced analysis, interactive dashboards, and predictive models to improve business performance. . Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as the role involves close interaction with stakeholders in both the United States, India and Latin America. . What You'll Do. . Collect, process, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources (ERP, CRM, internal databases, external platforms, Excel spreadsheets etc.). . . Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, and others. . . Support business units (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Operation, etc.) by identifying opportunities and risks based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. . . Create statistical and predictive models (regression, classification, segmentation, etc.) using machine learning techniques when applicable. . . Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of the data used in analysis. . . Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, understanding needs, and proposing data-driven solutions. . . Perform ad hoc analysis and in-depth studies to answer strategic business questions. . . Support strategic planning with historical analysis, performance projections, and scenario simulations. . . Elaborate, validate and present the Capacity plan to the respective areas. . . Stay up to date with trends and best practices in Business Analytics and emerging technologies. . . Requirements. . Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. . . Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related areas (preferred). . . Advanced Excel and SQL skills (required). . . Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.). . . Knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python, Power Automate, etc). . . Experience with statistical and predictive modeling. . . Understanding of data structures, . ETL. processes, and relational databases. . . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. . . Experience in HR metrics and all ecosystems. . . Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce or other insurance system. . . Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory. . .
