We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead and coordinate data management activities across multiple clinical trials. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes while driving data quality and consistency throughout the study lifecycle.. Key Responsibilities:. Lead data management activities for assigned clinical studies. Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and internal standards. Oversee database setup, data review, and (e)CRF design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study documents and timelines. Represent Data Management in project teams and committees. Supervise and mentor Data Management staff. Coordinate SDTM deliverables and quality control activities. Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications:. Degree in life sciences, mathematics, statistics, informatics, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Clinical Research/Data Management in pharma or biotech. Strong expertise in clinical data systems and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and organizational skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. What we offer .
