The Finance team at Accel Schools, a subsidiary of Pansophic Learning, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the K-12 Public School division. This pivotal role provides leadership and oversight of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, and is responsible for supporting key aspects of integrated planning, analysis, and reporting across the organization. Specific Duties & Responsibilities. . . Leadership & Integrated Planning: Lead financial, business, and strategic planning initiatives to support the continued growth of the organization, particularly within the K-12 Public School brick & mortar business (B&M).. . Drive financial health of organization (business analysis, KPI’s, and portfolio optimization).. . Technology & Process Improvement: Champion and actively promote the implementation of technology, automation, and business intelligence tools to maximize operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and forecasting capability.. . Stakeholder Decision Support: Provide internal stakeholders, including school management, operations, shared services, and the School Development & Operations team, with decision support based on thorough data analysis and financial modeling.. . Reporting & Data Management: Lead the creation, structuring, and management of complex data sets to extract and interpret actionable information. Oversee the production, maintenance, and publication of comprehensive monthly internal reporting packages covering financial and operational metrics.. . Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across departments to collect, analyze, and present data in support of multi-disciplinary initiatives.. . Liaison to Shared Service Accounting (invoicing/collections/general ledger inquiries).. . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . . BA/BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent discipline.. . Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates possessing 8+ years.. . Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required; proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Adaptive/Office Connect (or similar planning & budgeting software), BI360, and Great Plains (or similar accounting software) is strongly preferred.. . Demonstrated experience leading and executing strategic, cross-functional initiatives with an organized approach and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.. . Exceptional quantitative reasoning and critical thinking skills, with a firm foundation in economics, finance, and statistical analysis.. .
