Manually upload and verify data in the internal CRM system. . . Monitor and resolve issues related to solar and substituted data. . . Escalate unresolved data issues to the Meter Leader.. . New Data Feed Management. . Review and activate new meter data feeds. . . Manage CRM tickets related to new feed activations.. . Stakeholder Communication & Support. . Provide responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. . . Coordinate with meter providers and retailers for data access. . . Respond promptly to internal team queries.. . System & Record Maintenance. . Ensure accuracy of data in internal systems and service records. . . Maintain up-to-date and consistent customer records.. . General & Team Responsibilities. .
