Member Services & Coordination. : Plays a key role in supporting the YMCA’s membership and program operations by ensuring accurate and efficient management of organizational data and delivering high-quality service to members when needed. Reporting to the Data Services Administrator, this role focuses on maintaining data integrity, providing technical support for membership systems, and fostering a seamless member experience across branches.. . Data Management & Integrity. : Maintain accurate membership records, including updates, holds, and cancellations. Support data quality efforts through regular audits, corrections, and consistency checks within membership databases. Collaborate on data-related projects and initiatives that enhance the overall accuracy and functionality of membership systems.. . Technical & System Support. : Provide backend support for membership-related software and applications. Assist branch teams with system issues and respond to technical inquiries, ensuring minimal disruption to member services. Serve as a resource for staff by providing guidance on effective system use and best practices.. . Training & Documentation. : Assist with onboarding and training for new staff on data processes and membership systems. Document standard operating procedures and create resources that support front-line staff in managing member inquiries and account changes. Support ongoing staff development by sharing updates and best practices related to membership data management.. . Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.. . Perform other related duties as assigned.. . . Qualifications. . What You'll Need. . . . . A minimum of Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (data management, IT support, or business administration).. . Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, particularly in technical or data-centric scenarios.. . 2+ years of experience in data management, technical support, or customer/member service.. . Experience with membership databases, CRM, Salesforce is highly preferred.. . Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies and implementing solutions.. . Capable of supporting and training non-technical staff on system use and best practices.. . Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across branches.. . Basic familiarity with IT support principles and common software applications (such as Office365).. . Understanding of data entry, integrity, and quality control practices.. . Familiarity with membership or customer database systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and support basic technical issues.. . Knowledge of Excel or similar tools for data analysis and auditing is a plus.. . Excellent communication skills to assist and train staff effectively.. . Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing data.. . Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and training within 90 days of hire.. . . . . . .
