As a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst at eSkillz, your role will involve generating, reviewing, and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and trackers as well as system administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In 2024, we are building our sales processes, developing resources, and improving reporting & analytics capabilities. We are actively maturing our go to market function while upskilling our entire revenue team. Our goal is to establish a Revenue Generation function characterized by a “winning” attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for sales process accuracy.. The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team is aligned under our Business Development (BD)/Growth Division with a primary focus of assisting our business development and marketing teams with driving revenue and sales bookings growth for eSkillz. As a Rev Ops Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for system management and administration as detailed below of the various systems, including Salesforce CRM and Power BI.. As a member of our Business Development function, you’ll collaborate with leadership to align and prioritize your efforts with our project initiatives. Configuration and management of Power BI system.. Migrate existing Excel trackers into Power BI dashboards.. Translate complex analytics tasks into easily consumable outputs to guide data-driven decisions with various stakeholders.. Create, update and edit functional and technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.. Manage monthly and quarterly statistics and data trends for sales and accrual revenue.. Monitor system performance and troubleshooting.. Responsibilities with Salesforce CRM include:. Configuration and overall maintenance of Salesforce CRM.. Ensure optimal performance of system.. Import sales leads, contacts, and other data.. Build custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce.. Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.. Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as assist with training and support.. Document processes, including error reports and updates to data dictionary.. Develop and document Salesforce SOP documentation and assist with internal training and communication regarding changes to our processes and/or system updates.. Promote data integrity and governance by developing and activating a data audit policy.. Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, etc.. Resolve user support tickets.. Analyze business needs and suggest the best solutions using Salesforce tools and features.. Develop automations to increase productivity with flows and validation rules.. Continue upskilling on system administration of Salesforce, Power BI, and any other system currently maintained by Rev Ops. Represent eSkillz in a positive and professional manner online, as well as at in-person conferences and events.. What you'll need:. Power BI experience:. Experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.. Understanding of SQL, CSS, JavaScript, and other JavaScript libraries.. Skills in BI tools and BI systems, such as Power BI, SAP, Tableau, etc., creating data-rich dashboards, implementing Row-level Security (RLS) in Power BI, writing DAX expressions, developing custom BI products with scripting and programming languages such as R, Python, etc.. Knowledge of database management, data modeling, business intelligence, SQL querying, data warehousing and online analytical processing (OLAP).. Ability to drill down on data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, reports, or dashboards.. Salesforce experience:. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to, flow, assignment rules, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports..
