Strategic Analytics Manager. is a key player in our AI-native sales and marketing operations. This role blends strategic planning, data analysis, business operations, and insight generation. You’ll be hands-on in aggregating data, evaluating business performance, and helping steer our go-to-market strategies.. Expect to build pricing models, evaluate growth opportunities, measure web performance, and develop reports and dashboards that drive clarity and action. You'll be a key thought partner for leadership, bringing structure and insight to some of our most important decisions. This is a remote based position. . What You'll Do. . Analyze complex data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for better decision-making. . . Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). . . Develop AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools. . Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to align analysis with goals. . . Present data and strategic insights to senior leaders in a clear, compelling way. . . Support strategic initiatives with data modeling and performance evaluations. . . Track the effectiveness of business strategies and provide improvement recommendations. . . Stay ahead of analytics trends and tools to enhance our capabilities. . . Requirements. What We're Looking For. . Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar field. . . 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. . . Industry experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or marketplaces is a plus. . . Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. . . Advanced Excel skills. . . Knowledge of SQL (required); Python is a bonus. . . Experience with data warehouses, data mining, and BI tools is a plus. . . Highly curious, driven, and disciplined. . .
