Enrollment Specialist. to help our clients enroll in EFTs and ERAs with insurance payors across the nation. This role is critical to the success of our team and our clients as electronic payments immensely streamline our processes.. As an Enrollment Specialist at DayDream, you won’t just enroll our clients. You’ll help design the future of how we do it by working closely with our software engineering team to fine-tune internal tools and make our platform even better.. What You'll Do. Collaborate closely with our Launch Coordinator to . gather all necessary client information . Carefully track and monitor . every submitted enrollment to ensure timely filing and processing. Regularly update . the client and the DayDream team about the progress of the enrollments. Work independently . to navigate any blockers to getting enrollments processed quickly and accurately. Collaborate with our software engineering team. to provide feedback and ideas that improve our internal tools. Work cross-functionally. with teammates in billing, operations, and client success to deliver excellent service. What You'll Bring. 8+ years of experience in . dental revenue cycle management. (RCM), especially in credentialing or EFT/ERA enrollments for multiple locations and providers. Deep familiarity with . dental billing processes. and . Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and remote connection software. Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with . high attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and an interest in . improving internal systems and workflows.
