Lead Product Designer. , you’ll take ownership of the entire design process for the core web application. This is a highly product-focused role that requires excellent UX/UI skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning complex systems into simple, elegant experiences.. You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a tight-knit, fast-moving team. Beyond design execution, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, defining the design system, and setting the tone for design culture.. Responsibilities. Own design end-to-end for the product (from early ideation to final UI). Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. Build and maintain a scalable design system. Translate user needs into intuitive, delightful product experiences. Contribute to product strategy and participate in roadmap planning. Help drive a high standard for product quality and usability. Occasionally travel to the U.S. for team offsites or product sprints. What We’re Looking For. 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web apps. Experience designing in fast-paced startup environments (0→1 experience a big plus). Strong UX and UI fundamentals; ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces. Mastery of Figma and modern design tools. Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats. Strong product intuition and a generalist mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for travel (or at least curiosity about it!).
