As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on driving growth and retention across large-scale customers (3,000+ employees). Your mission: build, scale, and coach a team that consistently exceeds targets while delivering value to some of the most security-conscious organizations in the world.. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep SaaS sales experience, proven success in the cybersecurity space, and a track record of coaching to MEDDPICC. You'll partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development, and Product to align on strategy, drive pipeline growth, and ensure seamless customer experiences from initial discovery to expansion.. What we're looking for:. 10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, with 3+ years in leadership, including managing teams selling to technical and executive stakeholders.. Experience in cybersecurity, identity & access management, or password management space.. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially the roles and needs of CISOs, Security Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and IT teams.. Expertise in MEDDPICC—not just as a framework, but as a coaching and execution discipline.. Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top enterprise sales talent.. Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.. Exceptional communication and executive presence. You know how to influence across all levels of an organization.. Experience driving revenue growth in high-velocity and complex sales environments.. Passion for creating inclusive teams, removing blockers, and building scalable systems that drive efficiency.. Bonus Points:. Personal or professional familiarity with 1Password or similar security tools.. Strong network in the security space with a history of selling to Fortune 500 organizations.. What we're looking for:. Sales Leadership & Team Management. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business and expansion within accounts of 3,000+ employees.. Deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with accuracy and confidence based on deep pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC qualification.. Cultivate a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.. Pipeline & Revenue Growth. Build and execute a scalable outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategy in partnership with Sales Development, Marketing, and Partner teams.. Drive disciplined execution of the sales process with a focus on high-quality pipeline creation, advancement, and closing efficiency.. Implement repeatable programs for outbound prospecting, expansion motions, and upsell opportunities.. Coaching & Methodology Mastery. Instill and reinforce a culture of MEDDPICC mastery across the team—ensuring AEs are methodical in qualification, building mutual action plans, managing stakeholders, and controlling the buying process.. Act as a deal coach, conducting regular deal reviews and pipeline strategy sessions.. Coach AEs on strategic selling, multithreading, negotiation, and customer-centric storytelling.. Strategic Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment. Act as a critical connector between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and feedback loops.. Represent customer needs and competitive intelligence internally to help shape product roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.. Lead with transparency and regularly communicate progress, wins, challenges, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $166,000 USD and $224,000 USD, and is commission-eligible.
