If you’re excited about AI, creator tools, and building category-defining products from first principles, you’ll fit right in.. What you'll do. Write and refine YouTube scripts in your native language using AI tools, ensuring output feels natural, engaging, and built for video. Review AI-generated scripts and translations for natural flow, tone, and pacing. Evaluate generated videos and voiceovers to assess whether the language works for a real YouTube audience. Use prompt engineering to improve and iterate on AI script output directly in the tool. Rewrite or suggest alternatives where scripts feel stiff, robotic, or off-brand for video. Assess localised templates for cultural fit and relevance to your market. Flag inconsistencies between on-screen text, captions, and narration. Provide structured feedback with concrete rewrites and corrections.  .  . Who we're looking for. Native German, French or Spanish speaker — this is a strict requirement. Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for language detail. Comfortable working with digital tools and reviewing video content. Prior experience in translation, copywriting, or language QA is a plus. Able to deliver consistent, detailed feedback within agreed timelines.
