Own the full performance cycle — from onboarding and coaching to PIPs and managing out. Build and iterate on sales playbooks that balance structure with rep judgment. Track and analyze team metrics to identify systemic versus individual performance issues. Manage day-to-day operations including CRM, reporting, and process optimization. Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and business cases to leadership. Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications:. 4+ years of senior BPO sales management experience. Strong operational background — reporting, process design, performance tracking. Must have worked remotely with US-based companies (non-negotiable). American accent and polished communication skills (non-negotiable). Proven ability to manage up — framing asks and updates in terms of business impact. Comfortable with direct, sometimes difficult performance conversations.  . Please NOTE.
