Review and enhance AI-generated responses related to M&A processes and transactions. Assess outputs for technical accuracy, realistic deal mechanics, and industry alignment. Draft realistic M&A scenarios and use-cases, covering due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, negotiations, SPA provisions, regulatory review, and integration. Evaluate AI reasoning regarding regulatory compliance, strategic rationale, financial modeling, negotiation tactics, and cross-border considerations. Identify errors, unrealistic assumptions, and methodological gaps in M&A advice or scenario logic. Create scenario variations representing perspectives of different stakeholders — such as buyer, seller, advisor, or regulator. In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it adheres to real-world standards and reasoning in M&A.
