This individual has excellent skills with the development of scripts and use case scenarios for testing software for internal CRM, Financial and Portal applications, and any other technology platforms being utilized. The Quality Assurance tester is excellent with collaboration concerning product managers, software development, architects, and the company leadership, ensures the highest quality products are delivered to customers and strategic partners.. What you will do:. Sets and maintains the quality standards for demonstrating working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology (processes, and deliverables).. Works with the process and development teams to identify and close the gaps concerning IT-Quality issues as well as developing and providing metrics for monitoring purposes and continuous improved sustainable success.. Maintains the standards for innovation and initiative for conceptualizing, documenting, and communicating solutions concerning IT-Quality issues in general as well as to meet PHI and Internal/External Audit requirements.. Maintains excellent guidelines on projects to ensure and verify that IT-Quality standards and procedures, as part of the SDLC process, are properly implemented, documented, and followed.. Develops, reviews and updates Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness.. Initiates, applies, improves, reviews and provides examples for IT-Quality standards to project deliverables.. Develops and executes initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Quality purposes utilized by the cross-functional teams, as well as Compliance and Internal/External Audit teams.. Develops, proposes, reviews improved project deliverables to align with strategic IT-Quality standards.. Create test plans with scenarios and test steps for new features and execute test plans efficiently.. Work with software developers and product managers to resolve potential design or requirement issues identified during test plan creation and execution. Regression test software releases before a general release is deployed to production. Document detailed defect reports for issues uncovered during testing. Work with software developers to resolve issues uncovered during testing or reported by clients. Document relevant QA processes. Required Qualifications:. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.. 3-5 years’ experience with a formal SDLC lifecycle, experience with testing SQL, XML, or basic programming knowledge/skills.. 3-5 years’ experience in Business Process Design/Software Testing.. Excellent experience creating SDLC deliverables (Requirements, Functional Design, and Test Requirement Specification documents).. Excellent proven drive and professional QA background.. Excellent ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships..
